General

Accessing a company's website can be challenging for individuals with disabilities, each of whom may have unique needs.

 

Accessibility requires that everyone has information accessible irrespective of what kind of disability they have. To ensure that information on the company’s website is accessible for special abled individuals, we are putting up efforts to accommodate as many different unique disabilities profiles to have better or improved accessibility on our website. To achieve this, we have enlisted the help of professionals to guide and advise us in these efforts.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Wolf & Willow Solutions is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

Additional accessibility considerations

Although our goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we have also applied some Level AAA Success Criteria: For example, images of text are only used for decorative purposes.

Accessibility widget

This website includes a third-party tool called All in One Accessibility which is powered by a third party dedicated server. According to All in One Accessibility, its application strives to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and improves accessibility of websites for certain types of disabilities.

Third-party Applications and Plugin Integration

Our website may utilize third-party add-ons or "plugins" for certain functions, such as Google Maps and social media feeds. These may not function the same for every user or every type of disability. Since we do not control the structure of these plugins, we are unable to modify them to accommodate every user and are not responsible for these elements beyond our control.  

 

Videos

Our website and learning management system include video elements. Each video will either feature closed captioning or have a text equivalent provided alongside it.

Our website does make available documents including PDF files, PPT, or other documents. All of our documents are accessible. In some cases, we may provide access to documents we don’t have any control over. If you encounter any difficulties accessing our website, even after using our accessibility features and any third-party or browser tools, please contact us for further assistance.  ​​
